Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DanGardan. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. This means you have a 7-day window after receiving your item to request a return. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging with the SKU label. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with current product pictures for our internal tracking purposes.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it was due to a shipping error on our part. To start a return, please contact us at connect@dangardan.com or click "Request a return". If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some products in our store may be eligible for prepaid return shipping labels. Please inquire with us at connect@dangardan.com for further details.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items) and items deemed final sale due to hygiene reasons (e.g., swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products). Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs AND up to a 20% restocking/handling fee.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at connect@dangardan.com.

Why the Restocking Fee?

Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business. To help recover these additional costs, DanGardan may deduct up to a 20% restocking/handling fee from non-defective items returned. Additionally, if the item was purchased with our "Free Shipping" promotion, the difference of the original and return shipping costs may also be deducted from your refund. These charges/fees enable us to maintain competitive prices on our website.
